Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Raywan Jewelers

Effective Date: October 10, 2026

At Raywan Jewelers, we take pride in creating exceptional fine jewelry with meticulous attention to craftsmanship, quality, and detail. We want every customer to shop with confidence and understand the terms of their purchase.

Because our collection includes both ready-to-ship jewelry and individually handcrafted, made-to-order pieces, different return and cancellation policies apply depending on the type of purchase.

Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Ready-to-Ship Jewelry — 14-Day Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy on eligible, non-custom, ready-to-ship jewelry.

Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date, provided the jewelry meets all return eligibility requirements.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Unworn and Unused: Jewelry must be in its original, new, unworn, unused, and unaltered condition. Careful indoor inspection or trying on an item is permitted, provided it does not result in wear or damage.
  • Original Tags Attached: All original product tags, security tags, and tamper-evident seals, where provided, must remain attached, intact, and unaltered.
  • Original Packaging: All original jewelry boxes, packaging, certificates, grading reports, warranties, and accompanying accessories must be included.
  • No Alterations: Jewelry must not have been resized, engraved, repaired, polished, modified, or otherwise altered.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid Raywan Jewelers order number or proof of purchase is required.

Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for discretionary returns.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at orders@raywanjewelers.com within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
  3. The item must be shipped within 7 calendar days of receiving return authorization.
  4. All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund is approved.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping & Insurance

For standard discretionary returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and appropriate shipping insurance.

All returned jewelry must be securely packaged and shipped using a trackable service with adequate insurance and signature confirmation.

Customers are responsible for the safe return of merchandise until it is delivered to our designated return location, subject to applicable law.

If the return results from an error by Raywan Jewelers or an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide appropriate instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs where required.

Return Inspection & Refund Processing

All returned jewelry undergoes inspection to verify its condition, authenticity, original components, security tags, and accompanying documentation.

Once a return is received and approved, refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping fees and optional expedited shipping charges are non-refundable for discretionary returns, except where required by law.

We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.

If an item does not meet the return conditions, we may decline the discretionary refund and arrange for the item to be returned to the customer.

2. Custom-Made & Made-to-Order Jewelry — Final Sale

All custom-made, personalized, and made-to-order jewelry is final sale once custom design work, material sourcing, or production has begun.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom-designed necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, pendants, and other jewelry.
  • Jewelry manufactured or assembled specifically for an individual order.
  • Pieces customized by diamond size, shape, quality, arrangement, metal type, dimensions, or design.
  • Engagement rings, wedding bands, and jewelry produced according to customer-selected specifications.
  • Personalized, engraved, resized, or specially modified jewelry.
  • Special-order jewelry and items sourced specifically for a customer.

Because these pieces are created specifically for each customer, returns, refunds, exchanges, and customer-requested cancellations are not accepted once custom preparation or production has begun, except where required by applicable law.

Changes of mind, personal preferences, or changes in financial circumstances do not qualify for refunds after this stage.

3. Deposits, Down Payments & Partial Payments

All deposits, down payments, and partial payments become non-refundable once custom design work, material sourcing, or production has begun.

These payments may cover design development, CAD work, sourcing of diamonds and precious metals, manufacturing commitments, and other expenses specifically incurred for the order.

The following terms apply:

  • Deposits and partial payments are applied toward the total purchase price.
  • Once custom preparation or production begins, deposits and partial payments are non-refundable for customer-requested cancellations.
  • A customer's decision not to complete the purchase does not automatically entitle them to a refund of payments already applied toward custom work.
  • Any remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule before the jewelry is shipped or released.
  • Exceptions must be approved in writing by Raywan Jewelers.

These provisions do not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law.

4. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Ready-to-Ship Orders

Cancellation requests may be submitted before shipment. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate them, but cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment.

Eligible ready-to-ship orders may still qualify for the 14-day return policy after delivery.

Custom & Made-to-Order Orders

Customers should carefully review all specifications before confirming their order.

Once custom design work, material sourcing, or production begins:

  • Cancellation requests may be declined.
  • Deposits and partial payments become non-refundable.
  • Changes to the design or specifications may not be possible.
  • Approved changes may require additional charges or extended production timelines.

All changes must be confirmed in writing by Raywan Jewelers.

5. Custom Design Approval & Specifications

For custom jewelry, customers may be asked to review and approve design details before production.

These may include:

  • Diamond shape, size, quality, and arrangement.
  • Metal type, karat, and color.
  • Ring size, necklace length, bracelet length, and other dimensions.
  • Setting style, design details, and customization instructions.
  • CAD drawings, renderings, photographs, or design references.

Once a design is approved and production begins, changes may not be possible.

Because fine jewelry is handcrafted, minor variations in dimensions, weight, finish, and appearance may occur within normal manufacturing tolerances.

Such variations do not automatically constitute a defect, provided the finished piece materially conforms to the agreed specifications.

6. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for discretionary returns or exchanges:

  • Custom-made and made-to-order jewelry after custom preparation or production begins.
  • Personalized, engraved, resized, or modified jewelry.
  • Special-order or individually sourced jewelry.
  • Items expressly designated Final Sale before purchase.
  • Clearance or promotional merchandise specifically identified as Final Sale.
  • Jewelry with removed, altered, or tampered security tags.
  • Jewelry showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Discounted pricing alone does not automatically make an item final sale unless clearly stated before purchase.

Final-sale restrictions do not override applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Misrepresented Merchandise

We carefully inspect our jewelry before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description or approved specifications, please contact us promptly at orders@raywanjewelers.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where available.

We may request additional information or inspection to determine the appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, resolutions may include repair, replacement, exchange, or refund.

Our final-sale and non-refundable-deposit policies do not eliminate legally required remedies for defective, incorrect, misrepresented, or undelivered merchandise.

8. Shipping, Delivery & Order Verification

To protect our customers and prevent fraud, Raywan Jewelers may require additional verification for certain transactions, including high-value purchases.

We may use:

  • Payment and identity verification.
  • Shipping address confirmation.
  • Shipment tracking and delivery confirmation.
  • Signature confirmation where appropriate.
  • Order documentation and fulfillment records.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and promptly notifying us of any errors.

If an order is lost, damaged, or not delivered, please contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

9. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact Raywan Jewelers directly with any concerns so we have an opportunity to resolve them promptly and fairly.

By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge the product specifications, payment obligations, and applicable return and cancellation terms disclosed and accepted before purchase.

In the event of a payment dispute, Raywan Jewelers may provide the payment processor or financial institution with relevant transaction documentation, including:

  • Order confirmations and invoices.
  • Customer acceptance of our policies.
  • Approved custom designs and specifications.
  • Customer correspondence and written approvals.
  • Production and fulfillment records.
  • Shipping, tracking, and delivery confirmations.

A payment dispute does not automatically cancel any lawful contractual obligations associated with the purchase.

Nothing in this policy restricts a customer's legal right to dispute a transaction or seek remedies available under applicable law.

10. Zelle, ACH, Bank Transfers & Wire Payments

Payments made through Zelle, ACH, bank transfer, or wire transfer are subject to the same applicable return, cancellation, and final-sale policies.

Payment must be received and verified before an order is considered paid or released for shipment.

Customers should verify payment instructions directly with Raywan Jewelers before transferring funds.

Bank payments do not eliminate any rights or protections available under applicable law.

11. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 10 business days after the returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and approved.

Refunds will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for funds to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Any lawful deductions or adjustments will be handled in accordance with the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law.

12. Policy Acknowledgment

By placing an order, submitting a deposit, approving a custom design, or completing payment, customers agree to the applicable terms of this policy when those terms have been clearly disclosed and accepted.

For custom-made and made-to-order jewelry, customers acknowledge that:

All sales are final once custom design work, material sourcing, or production has begun. Deposits, down payments, and partial payments become non-refundable at that stage. Customer-requested cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted thereafter, except where required by applicable law.

For eligible ready-to-ship jewelry, customers acknowledge the 14-day return window and the requirement that items remain unworn, unused, unaltered, and accompanied by their original attached tags and documentation.
